Il est issu de la bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils du <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/management30.com\/practice\/delegation-poker\/\" target=\"_blank\">Management 3.0<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exercice est particuli\u00e8rement utile pour des leaders qui cherchent le bon niveau d&#8217;autorit\u00e9 \u00e0 adopter vis-\u00e0-vis de leurs collaborateurs, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, le niveau d&#8217;autorit\u00e9 qui permette de les responsabiliser et de les motiver, tout en limitant les \u00e9ventuels risques op\u00e9rationnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019atelier s\u2019appuie sur les 7 niveaux de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation propos\u00e9s par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jurgenappelo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jurgen Appelo<\/a> dans son livre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oreilly.com\/library\/view\/management-30-leading\/9780321719027\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Management 3.0: Leading Agile Developers, Developing Agile Leaders<\/a> :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dire<\/strong> (<em>Tell<\/em>) : le leader prend la d\u00e9cision et l\u2019annonce \u00e0 ses collaborateurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vendre<\/strong> (<em>Sell<\/em>) : le leader prend la d\u00e9cision, mais essayent d\u2019obtenir l\u2019adh\u00e9sion de ses collaborateurs, en vendant la leur vendant au pr\u00e9alable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consulter<\/strong> (<em>Consult<\/em>) : le leader invite ses collaborateurs \u00e0 partager leur avis avant d\u2019arr\u00eater une d\u00e9cision, mais reste clair quant au fait qu\u2019il est celui qui prend ladite d\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S\u2019accorder<\/strong> (<em>Agree<\/em>) : le leader invite ses collaborateurs \u00e0 d\u00e9battre afin de rechercher un consensus concernant la d\u00e9cision \u00e0 prendre, sa voix \u00e9tant \u00e9gale \u00e0 celle des autres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conseiller<\/strong> (<em>Advise<\/em>) : le leader tente d\u2019influencer ses collaborateurs en leur partageant son opinion, mais leur laisse la libert\u00e9 de d\u00e9cider en dernier lieu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Se renseigner<\/strong> (<em>Inquire<\/em>) : le leader laisse ses collaborateurs prendre la d\u00e9cision dans un premier temps, tout en leur proposant, de fa\u00e7on optionnelle, de le convaincre du bien-fond\u00e9 de ladite d\u00e9cision dans un second temps.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>D\u00e9l\u00e9guer<\/strong> (<em>Delegate<\/em>) : le leader laisse enti\u00e8rement ses collaborateurs traiter le sujet, sans m\u00eame tenir \u00e0 \u00eatre inform\u00e9 des d\u00e9tails.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Le template de l\u2019atelier de Delegation Poker comporte deux sections :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un tableau des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations qui synth\u00e9tise de fa\u00e7on visuelle les niveaux de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation d\u00e9cid\u00e9s pour chacune des situations trait\u00e9es ;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une table de poker o\u00f9 les participants estiment et d\u00e9battent du bon niveau de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation pour chacune des situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment animer l&#8217;atelier Delegation Poker<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019atelier se d\u00e9roule g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en 3 \u00e9tapes :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 1 : Inventaire des situations concern\u00e9es<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Listez les situations que vous souhaitez encadrer avec une politique de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 2 : Jeu<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Installez-vous autour de la table de Delegation Poker.
