Les participants sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 se raconter mutuellement des histoires de changements r\u00e9ussis, tir\u00e9s de leur propre exp\u00e9rience ou non, en fonction de cartes tir\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le jeu peut \u00eatre pertinent dans plusieurs types de situation :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lorsque vous d\u00e9marrez un nouveau projet de changement, mettez simplement les cartes sur la table et examinez-en quelques-unes : Est-ce que tous les membres de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe sont en mesure d&#8217;y r\u00e9pondre ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilisez les questions des r\u00e9trospectives pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ce qui s\u2019est bien pass\u00e9 et aux points \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer ?
