C\u2019est un exercice id\u00e9al pour d\u00e9couvrir ses collaborateurs de fa\u00e7on plus intime et mieux comprendre ce qui conditionne leur comportement et leurs d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con\u00e7u par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/jurgenappelo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jurgen Appelo<\/a>, qui est \u00e0 l\u2019origine de l\u2019approche <a href=\"https:\/\/management30.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Management 3.0<\/a>, l\u2019atelier consiste en 10 cartes qui mentionnent chacune un facteur de motivation intrins\u00e8que :\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Curiosit\u00e9 <\/strong>: J&#8217;ai plein de sujets \u00e0 creuser et auxquels r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Libert\u00e9 <\/strong>: Je travaille de fa\u00e7on autonome et poss\u00e8de mon propre champ de responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fiert\u00e9 <\/strong>: Je suis fier que mes valeurs personnelles se refl\u00e8tent dans mon travail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relations <\/strong>: J&#8217;ai de bons rapports avec les personnes avec qui je travaille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Approbation <\/strong>: Les personnes autour de moi approuvent ce que je fais et qui je suis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cadre <\/strong>: Il y a suffisamment de r\u00e8gles et de proc\u00e9dures pour entretenir la stabilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;environnement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ma\u00eetrise <\/strong>: Mon travail challenge mes comp\u00e9tences, tout en restant dans les limites de mes capacit\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>But <\/strong>: Mon objectif de vie est en ad\u00e9quation avec le travail que je fais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pouvoir <\/strong>: J&#8217;ai suffisamment de latitude pour influencer ce qui se passe autour de moi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Statut <\/strong>: J&#8217;ai une bonne position et je suis reconnu par les personnes qui travaillent avec moi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Les motivateurs intrins\u00e8ques s\u2019opposent aux motivateurs extrins\u00e8ques, qui visent \u00e0 obtenir des r\u00e9compenses (salaire, bonus, etc.) ou \u00e0 \u00e9viter des sanctions (bl\u00e2me, licenciement, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment animer l&#8217;atelier Moving Motivators<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019atelier se d\u00e9roule g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en 4 \u00e9tapes :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 1 : Pr\u00e9sentation des cartes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le facilitateur pr\u00e9sente les cartes et explicite leur sens, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient comprises sans ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 par les participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 2 : Hi\u00e9rarchisation des facteurs de motivation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant 5 minutes, chaque participant classe, de gauche \u00e0 droite, sur un axe horizontal, l\u2019ensemble des cartes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 3 : Impact du changement sur les facteurs de motivation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois les 10 cartes plac\u00e9es sur l\u2019axe horizontal, les participants sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9agir \u00e0 des \u00e9nonc\u00e9s qui d\u00e9crivent un changement, pass\u00e9 ou \u00e0 venir, en d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant plus ou moins les cartes sur l\u2019axe vertical : vers le haut si l\u2019impact est positif et vers le bas s\u2019il est n\u00e9gatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Etape 4 : Discussion<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Tour \u00e0 tour, le facilitateur demande aux participants de commenter leurs choix, ce qui est plus ou moins important pour eux.<br><br>Ce temps d\u2019\u00e9change, qui peut \u00eatre informel, offre aux participants l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de partager des sujets plus personnels aupr\u00e8s des autres membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe et de r\u00e9mettre en question ses propres motivations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Description de l\u2019atelier L\u2019atelier Moving Motivators a \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9 pour aider les membres d\u2019une \u00e9quipe \u00e0 exprimer et \u00e0 hi\u00e9rarchiser ce qui les motive dans leur travail au quotidien.
